Eric and Jeff go way back to Jr. High. Together they've shared a bazillion stories, crazy adventures, embarassing moments, life changing talks, you name it. If anyone knows Jeff, it's Eric. Friendships like that are what friendships should be like. I'm glad their lives are still connected in so many ways.

I'm also glad I was able to welcome Eric and Beth's new baby girl Anna Sophie into the world. They have such a beautiful family!   

Meet a sweet family with an adorable baby… that even plays an air guitar Steven Tyler style. 🙂

This is my niece, Sydney. We've been planning to do this for a long time and it finally all came together!

What a joy it was for me to capture all of those things about her right now. She is beautiful in every way.

I came across a quote the other day that I loved. The best accessory a girl can own is confidence. Love that. We can be confident knowing we are daughters of God.

I saw some incredibly beautiful blossoms this weekend. And a beautiful little girl that is also at a wonderful blossoming age…8!

This is one of my favorites from the season. I took a few families to the same location and I was amazed at how lovely this spot was every single time. It gave me something unique each time I went. This particular day, the leaves were a bright, blazing gold. When their family stepped out of the car, I knew it was going to be good. Beautiful family. Beautiful colors. Just fabulous!

I love cute little Claire's face in this last one. Apparently I was saying something that got a good reaction from her. Love it!

And another family…belonging to my sister-in-law, Shelle. If you've looked into music lessons for your child here in the valley, you may have heard of Let's Play Music. Shelle is the one who created this incredible program! I bow to her musical talent and her ability to teach and motivate others. She is pretty amazing and has some cute kids too!

Here is another wonderful family I had the opportunity to get in front of the camera. I love the sunlight as it fell between the trees that afternoon. So beautiful…and so are they!
