me and this, that is.
i'm sorry but it's time to call it quits.
this has been the current scene in our bedroom for many years. except for one major detail…it's much, much darker in there. with a little help from photoshop, this is how much light i wish were in our bedroom but i've learned something very key about arizona—you either live in a cave or a sauna.
there are three options you've got.
a) you can let the blazing sunshine in and live in a sweatshop.
b) you can shut out as much light as possible and live the cave-dwelling lifestyle.
c) or just crank up the A/C and survive off of cockroaches in the backyard so you can pay the electricity bill.
C is pretty much not an option because we're still cheap and we'd prefer to eat popsicles morning, noon and night. and A, well A just can't happen especially when there is a pregnant mama around. i wouldn't want any innocent bystanders getting hurt due to induced insanity.
so B it is. which means i feel like lighting a campfire in our bedroom and carving drawings on the walls.
i've been collecting ideas to light up my life since we moved in. and this week the transformation is finally coming. i'm not sure exactly how it's all going to turn out. we shall see. we shall see.
