feeling a little excited and sheepish today as well.
my first real gig is a reality today. a while back, Creating Keepsakes asked me to design some card kits to sell on their website. naturally, i was totally shocked and didn’t really think i had “what it takes” to create something that another person would actually pay good money to buy.
so after beating the internal critic away with a stick, i managed to come up with some stuff. although after looking at it for so long, you start to think it looks like a pile of rubbish anyhow. 🙂 luckily they liked it enough to ask me back for more. got some thanksgiving, christmas, and other ditties in the works.
it’s been a few months since i turned it in to them and today it finally went live on their website. my heart did a little pitter pat when i saw it. pretty neat-o.

I tracked down this site because I saw your card kits on the scrapnfonts site and I wanted to tell you that I love them! My sister, Candice Stringham, and I have designed a few card kits for the same site and Candice emailed me this morning with a link to check out your kits because she thought they were so cute.
