i walked by the stairs this morning and saw these shoes sitting on the step. granny brought them back from spain a few weeks ago and gave them to ella. i secretly wish they would fit me. i would dance and pretend i'm a flamenca girl. i would imagine spain. the sights, sounds, smells.
and i would be home.

Those are adorable! I studied abroad in Santiago de Compostela, Spain in 1999. I bought a couple pair of shoes when I lived there and I loved them. It made me sad when it was time to get rid of them.
